- The LADARWave System requires an area at least 6 feet by 8 feet (1.8m by 2.4m) for installation and patient comfort during use.
- The floor must provide a flat and stable foundation.
- The LADARWave System must operate on a dedicated power outlet located adjacent to the unit. A universal power supply is provided for use with 100VAC, 115VAC or 240VAC +/- 10% at 50/60 Hz.
- The LADARWave System should be installed in a room that can be darkened, with no stray sources of light.
- The surface of the walls and ceiling should not produce dust.
- The installation of an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) is recommended to protect the LADARWave unit and its computer from power surge, power outages, and momentarily varying power input.
